What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

Please give at least 24  hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. In the case of a No Show or Cancellation that is within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you will be required to pay 30% of your  scheduled service. This fee must be paid before rescheduling your next appointment. 

What kind of payments do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are: Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, and more.) There will be a 3.5% fee on all card transactions.

Venmo Business, cash is always appreciated

What is your booking policy?

All new clients must submit one of the new client request forms. Please allow at least 24 hours to hear back. Current clients go through the current client form to book an appointment. It is also best to pre-book your next appointment at the end of your service. 

How should I come with my hair to my appointment?

It is best to come to your appointment with clean dry hair. Excess product build up can inhibit color/bleach. Natural air-dried texture is also helpful so your stylist is able to see how your hair lays.
